RL360 is a massively growing financial life company located on the Isle of Man with a client base in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and South America. They are one of our longest standing clients and we have worked with them for many years now. Due to their fast growth they felt their old logo no longer reflected their values. So they asked us to help them define a new visual identity.
We first started with a strategy workshop where we interviewed a broad spectrum of people working in the organisation from top management to call centre agents. Based on these findings we put together a strategy document which was agreed with the client. This document not only established a foundation for our design work but even influenced RL360s corporate strategy.
We then put together a brand identity guideline document defining their new tone of voice, typography and a warm visual language. We also produced their entire corporate communication literature from business cards to brochures.
We kept the line in the original logo to visually symbolise the journey they are on with their customers and clients. Lines and bands were used as a visual style element in their corporate communication.
We also worked on multiple global campaigns for RL360, many of which won industry awards.
To mark the launch of the new brand we also produced a brand launch video for them.
